My name is Johnnetta Mayfield, and I’ve been honored to serve the healthcare field for over 18 years—with 9 of those years as a dedicated nurse. Caring for others has never been just a job to me—it’s my calling. It’s something that lives in my heart and shows in every hand I hold, every need I meet, and every family I support.
I created S.A.G.E. because I believe everyone deserves care that’s not just professional, but personal. The kind of care that sees the whole person—their story, their dignity, their needs, and their worth. I’ve walked with patients and families through some of their most vulnerable moments, and I know how much trust that takes. That trust means everything to me.
My passion is providing quality, individualized care that honors people where they are and helps them feel safe, respected, and truly cared for. At S.A.G.E. , that’s the heart behind everything we do.

My name is Atalya Dodson and I have been in the healthcare field for over 11 years. I’ve always loved older people and when my grandparents took ill I was right there every step of the way until unfortunately they both passed away. I took an oath that I would always care for the disabled, the elderly, and to others with mental and physical disabilities. It takes a special person to have a passion for healthcare, but an even bigger person to turn that passion into compassion.
I helped create S.A.G.E. to always keep that oath and even more so the promise that you can count on being safe, protected, and most importantly family. At. S.A.G.E. we’re here to offer and helping hand when you need it most and we will always do it with dignity, honor, and commitment each and every-time you need a helping hand.
